Poste

The Reservations Agent (Officer) responds and books to reservation requests from customers and clients made through various communication platforms. He/She ensures that reservation hotlines are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests’ booking confirmations.

Profil

  • Contribute to customer service over various platforms.
  • Handle clients/customers’ concerns and feedback.
  • Project a positive and professional Image.
  • Provide go-the-extra-mile service.
  • Apply software systems in reservations management.
  • Perform computer applications at basic Level.
  • Perform essential online functions.
  • Implement operations for service excellence.
  • Apply upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Provide reservation services.

Supplemental duties:

  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Write marketing literature (blog, brochures, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • Experience working in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Understanding company product and brand.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Competency in Canva.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Related job and internship experience is a plus.
