We’re seeking a detail-oriented B2B Marketing & Sales Database Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll manage our CRM database and contact lists, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts. This role provides hands-on experience with data management and marketing technologies, with training provided on all necessary platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our Salesforce CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities
- Research, build, and segment targeted contact lists based on defined criteria and ideal customer profiles
- Manage Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) features, including workflow setup, contact tagging, segmentation, and campaign membership
- Build and publish campaigns in Salesforce based on campaign start and end dates
- Format and process Excel files for seamless data imports/exports
- Implement data quality controls and resolve integrity issues
- Collaborate with manager to align on target audiences and campaign goals
- Conduct ongoing prospect data reviews and hygiene related maintenance
Profil
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM database management is a plus; eagerness to learn is welcome
Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and/or other email marketing platforms or data enrichment tools.
