We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual who is fluent in the German language to join our team in Agadir. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and German, as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in both languages.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
- Cover the daily updates of the stock exchanges and official sources.
- Conducting phone calls and responding to emails in both English and German.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database as required.
- Other ad hoc tasks upon request.
Profil
- Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote work environment.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work.
