Poste
We are looking for an energetic Regional Product Engineer to join our team based in our Morocco Office and help to accelerate our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative ideas for the online content.
- Determine, create, and update the product documents (User manuals, how-to guides, installation guides…)
- Analyze information required and conduct testing to create/update the product documents.
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
- Translate required strings to French/Arabic
- Hosting onsite/online/recorded training for our customers worldwide
- Hosting topic-based Webinars (product/technology webinars)
- Developing the training courses content
- Improving the training platform
- Keep track, analyze, and follow up until the team resolves the reported product issues.
- Meeting with the product engineers/development team to discuss product issues.
- Oversee workflows and processes and document them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- New graduates with a bachelor’s degree or plus in Networking/computer science.
- Very Good English skills (Read, Writing, and Oral communication).
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Good task organization, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of networking models and protocols is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, illustrator…); CMS (WordPress).
- Good project management skills
- A keen eye for detail.
