We are recruiting an English-speaking project manager whose mission will be to manage a defined production platform, he will be responsible for operational management in accordance with the defined quantitative and qualitative objectives.


Under the responsibility of the General Manager, the project manager will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Ensure customer relationship management and customer satisfaction;

• Monitor compliance with predefind milestones and deadlines and provide reports related to project under his responsibility.

• Respect contractual commitments;

• Guarantee the deployment and application of processes

• Guarantee the quality of service;

• Ensure transversal coordination with the teams;

• Prepare and lead the steering committees;

• Set up internal and external reporting;

• Analyze and use the indicators through action plans;


Required profile :

Higher diploma in management .

• Significant experience in piloting and managing projects on several customer accounts in the call center sector.

• An excellent linguistic level in English and French and Arabic (oral and written)

• Sense of customer service, qualities of leadership, communication, analysis and thoroughness.

• Strength of proposal and ability to propose solutions that will make the success of its mission.

- Week end off Thursday and Friday .

- Working days from Saturday to Wednesday

- Working hours from 9h-19h .
