Poste

We are looking for a well-organized logistics enthusiast who loves new challenges and will help us to set up our logistics department from the ground with the opportunity to improve all operational processes!

Responsibilities:

  • Select potential service providers and contractors
  • Organize supplier selection processes and negotiate conditions and service level agreements
  • Manage delivery operations
  • Establish operational metrics and KPI’s
  • Problem Solving. All kinds of obstacles, barriers and problems which happen on a daily basis and which you must be ready to solve as soon as they appear
  • Management of freight documents
  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for our operational employees
  • Optimize and digitize logistics processes
  • Create & Optimize scalable operational processes. We are launching a new product, so we need to create and constantly optimize our processes for operations
  • Establish operational processes (e.g., logistics, workflows) of new branches
  • Help to develop new products and services
  • Make pick up schedule for own and external transports
  • Benchmarking the competition
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to internal stakeholders

Profil

  • Focus on logistics or supply chain management, or a similar degree
  • You have more than 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in: Logistics management / operational management / process development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in establishing logistical processes
  • Very efficient and independent problem solver
  • Eye for small details!
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Energetic, innovative, enjoy new challenges
  • You are fluent in English
