We are currently seeking a talented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Meknes location. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Poste
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, establish project objectives, and define deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial aspects of the projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, providing regular project status updates, addressing any issues, and managing expectations.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement for future projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to IT project management.
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools to effectively plan, track, and report on project progress.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
