Role Purpose
Design high-quality FTTx networks and manage their lifecycle by processing final As-Built data back into COCON Fiber. You own the data from initial concept to completed construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Registration: Enter and update FTTx network assets (cables, ducts, handholes, ODFs, and splitters) directly into COCON.
- As-Built Verification: Analyze, cross-reference, and validate field-collected survey data against original engineering designs.
- Splice & Topology Management: Document complex fiber splicing schemas and network topology within the COCON ecosystem.
- As-Built Integration: Update COCON registries with actual field data and red-line corrections post-construction.
- Data Lifecycle: Maintain data continuity between GIS design tools and the COCON database.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Audit field deviations to ensure the final As-Built matches engineering logic.

What We Look For
- Dual Expertise: Strong background in FTTx engineering design and hands-on COCON software experience.
- As-Built Literacy: Proven track record of translating real-world survey data into digital asset registries.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of FTTx/FTTH network architectures, fiber optic components, and telecom infrastructure.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and translate engineering schematics, GIS data, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Precision: High attention to detail with a proven track record of handling dense, complex geographical and technical datasets.
