Poste

  • Scheduling executive meetings and travel plans.
  • Assisting executives in all possible tasks like meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Attending phone calls from clients and responding to the emails received from clients and concerned party members.
  • Updating company documents (commercial, TAX, export, import, … etc certificates)
  • Making sure all reports and data files are arranged in a timely manner.
  • Preparing expenses claim forms.
  • Issuing accounting invoices
  • Initiating bank transfers to employees & suppliers when needed.
  • Employees attendance, social insurance and medical insurance follow up
  • Exhibition files management
  • Getting in touch with recruitment agencies for potential hiring
  • Drafting long term agreements/contracts with suppliers
  • Creating POs, supervising their execution and closing
  • Initiating and tracking payments to suppliers either locally or foreign
  • Leading all local logistics operations and import or export
  • Issuing shipping documents / Clearing import shipments
  • Achieve the goals & KPIs set for each segment
  • Share in budget planning in assigned operations

Profil

  • 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing Preferred)
  • Excellent command of French, English and Arabic languages
  • Analytical thinking
  • High written and verbal communication skills

  • Proper time management
  • Research skills
  • Casablanca resident
