We are looking for a Mechanical Planner in El Jadida in Jof Lasfar Site
Mission:
Responsible for all planning and scheduling activities, part of the Project Agreement Work Scope.
To manage the team responsible for work planning & scheduling for routine, preventive /predictive and shutdown maintenance work, and establish goals for the department and individual team members;
To manage the Workshop team and interchangeable Management Team;
Promote the use and optimization of the local CMMS , in order to support the Project workflow management process;
To provide a positive contribution to the overall Project Agreement by working in unison with maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, operations, procurement, HSE & commercial management;
To develop local personnel to be able to move into planning & scheduling roles.
Ensure that the planning and scheduling management processes are consistently and correctly applied and control/reporting performance.
Ensure overall planning and scheduling activities for shutdowns and outages are implemented.
Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the internal interchangeable management process
Ensure the development/review and establishment of specific Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Manager the Purchasing group and the purchasing process assigned to the project Agreement.
Profil
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in maintenance/planning activities with a minimum of 3 years in Turnaround shutdown planning activities. Knowledge of specialised maintenance planning software.
- Incumbent shall have a University degree (BSc or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and a track record of experience gained.
